Account

Choose a username and password, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and hit "Create Account." You'll receive a verification email or SMS — click the link to activate your account and're all set.

The minimum age is 21 years old, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. We verify this during the KYC process using a government-issued ID. Accounts found to belong to underage players are suspended immediately.

Any government-issued Philippine ID is accepted: PhilSys (National ID), passport, driver's license, SS card, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. You'll need to upload a clear photo of the front (and back if applicable) plus selfie. KYC is typically approved within one business day.

Deposits

GCash and Maya deposits are instant — your JiliPay balance updates in real time once the transaction is confirmed. If a deposit hasn't reflected after 5 minutes, check your GCash transaction history to confirm the transfer went through. If it shows successful on GCash but not on JiliPay, contact support with your reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard before you confirm any transaction. There is no blanket maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, but daily limits may apply for unverified accounts. Completing KYC removes most restrictions.

JiliPay does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank for InstaPay) may charge a small transaction fee on their end — this is outside JiliPay's control. GCash and Maya deposits are typically fee-free for standard amounts.

Withdrawals
